"Shoulder pain and loss of regained mobility "

About: Holt Medical Practice

Immersive Reader

Following fractured right proximal humerus at the end of May, had regained about 50% mobility with discomfort but no pain. 8 days prior to GP visit following lifting right arm higher than had previously been possible, suffered extreme pain with any movement above 30% of normal, which resulted in severe bruising and redness to upper arm around operation site. Unable to sleep properly at night only to told by Dr that this is normal and needs to get back to Physiotherapy and exercise which I explained I had been doing prior to this, but didn't seem to register that any movement now was very painful and offered no explanation as to what may have occurred to cause this new pain, so left very dissatisfied with how i had been treated.

Dear Patient

It was sad to read that you were disappointed with the consultation you had with us. This is not the outcome we strive for. As an anonymous entry, it is hard to investigate your concerns more thoroughly, but I would urge you to contact us again if you feel there are clinical concerns you have that remain unresolved.

Kind regards
