(as a relative),

My Nan recently had a stay in Ward 32 at Victoria Hospital.

The care received was outstanding. Every staff member we met, was caring, compassionate and understanding. Nothing was ever too much trouble. 

Thank you so much to Amy and her team. You guys are stars!
