"Carer's Assessement"

About: Promoting Well Being / Access and information service

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Service user stated that their Social Worker Susan was easy to speak to and she was able to unload all frustrations and anger on Susan.

They really felt like she was being listened to. Service user felt like she got a lot out of the carer’s assessments and was very thankful.

Service user stated it was a brilliant service and felt like a weight had been lifted off her shoulders just speaking to someone that understood what she was going through and feeling like she was not alone.

Service user found the signposting to services and offer to future help very helpful.
