"Always delayed and unfriendly staff"

I have been to this hospital many times over the last couple of months to see various consultants and get various tests done.

My appointments have never been on time I have always had to wait 15+ minutes passed my appointment time and have been told wrong appointment times then confronted with unfriendly staff who told me I must’ve got it wrong (impossible as I clearly stated to the person the time that would be best for me as I needed to be at work).

Not only this but trying to book an appointment is in fact slower than the NHS for some things. Such as I was asked to wait over two weeks for a blood test and I’ve always been offered next day appointments through NHS.

A consultant I was seeing went on holiday so I had to wait over a month for test results and I was not informed of this before booking my initial consultation with her. If I had known I would’ve seen someone else.

Honestly if I was paying for the treatment myself I would be so disappointed.
