About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Elective Orthopaedics (Ward 7)

(as a service user),

Derek is an absolute credit to NHS Lanarkshire. As a consultant in another NHS area I recognise an excellent clinician and Derek (extended scope physiotherapist) is one. He put me at my ease, listened to what I was saying, examined me expertly and gave me my diagnosis and treatment options. If all clinicians were this good, the NHS would be amazing.
