"crb staff"

About: Rampton Hospital

(as a service user),

When there are no staff on our ward the crb staff help us out a lot, i do not think that they get the credit for what they do all the time. I know they should be doing sessions in the crb but when they get put on here they try to do as much with all us patients as they can. They help us when we do not have enough staff to go shopping and are always very helpful, so thank you for all the hard work, and helping us out.

Hi

Thank you so much for taking the time to post this about the CRB team, they are a great team who do their best to ensure programmes for patients take place off ward in CRB, in wider TES areas and also on the ward. Sometimes when staffing is tight they are really flexible to ensure you have the opportunity to do some of the activities that are needed like shopping and fresh air.

I will make sure I go back to the team to let them know about your post how you value what they do and thank them.

Cheers Kay
