I recently had the occasion to visit the scanner. I was a little apprehensive due to the stories you hear, but from the moment I stepped in the van, Emma and her colleague - I'm so sorry, I never caught his name - were both so attentive.
Due to my illness I'm very unsteady on my feet and nothing was an issue. They prepared me for the noise gave me ear plugs and ear defenders, I closed my eyes and went to a happy place.
Please convey my thanks to these two members of staff, they are a credit to your hospital.
