"Made me feel as if I had done something wrong"

About: Yeovil District Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

I waited for over 12 hours in A&E. Only saw one nurse and when i asked the night receptionist how much longer it would be they were so rude to me, they made me feel as if i had done something wrong when i hadn't. I was only given pain relief when i asked. They seemed to have completely forgotten i was there. I asked twice to be discharged and they wouldn't let me so i felt like a prisoner.
