About: Crieff Community Hospital / South Community Treatment & Care (CTAC) team

(as a service user),

I experienced excellent service from a high experienced & knowledgeable medical professional who syringed my ears yesterday.

The treatment made me feel so much better, clearing my congestion & allowing me to hear properly at last.

Lisa has a great attitude towards her work & is a example of an intelligent & hard working nurse.

Thank you Lisa & to the NHS for providing this service.

Good morning,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to give some feedback on your care experience with the Community Care and Treatment Service (CCATS) and in particular reference to the Charge Nurse Lisa. Her professionalism and knowledge has clearly made the experience a positive one for you.

I will share your experience and feedback with Lisa and the wider CCATS team but will also include our managers as an example of a positive patient outcome due to a confident and experienced nurse
