Had my blood tests done over 4 weeks ago at Quays medical centre Hull. My vitamin 13 level was very low. Dr needed to speak with me. Wasn't allowed to speak to anyone other than dr who requested bloods. So I had to wait 4 weeks for a phone call appointment. Been prescribed tabs. But I could have been having these the last 4 weeks. Don't think some of these receptionists are very sociable and helpful.
