About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - Lymington

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Referred by GP, Team came out quickly - phoned before each visit.

Avoided hospital admission.

Incredible helpful and very supportive, listened and waited..

Perfect, excellent service!

Cannot support the service enough. 90% of old people would much rather stay in their own home than have to go into hospital. The only thing they could improve on is be there 24/7.

Feel indebted, thank you.
