My elderly mother had come in for tests and a consultation with the specialist cardiology nurse following two falls and an atrial fibrillation (AF) diagnosis.
The nurse, Carolyn, was incredibly professional and sympathetic and put my mother at her ease and explained her condition and the next steps clearly and sympathetically.
All the staff were professional and friendly and my mother was grateful to be so well treated.
