"I left feeling let down and alone in my battle with ongoing pain."

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Chronic Pain Management Clinic

(as a service user),

I had a disappointing experience at the pain clinic recently where it felt the consultant was reading from a script.

They didn't appear to listen to my concerns or explanations. I felt they were patronising in their manner and I left feeling let down and alone in my battle with ongoing pain.
