(as a service user),

Our local health visitor came to see us for our first visit since having our little girl. She was very helpful and supportive. I felt like I was listened to and cared for throughout and feel as though I can contact her any time with any concerns or worries. I look forward to her next visit.

As Community Clinical Nurse Manager for NHS Borders Health Visiting Service, I would like to echo Sarah McDonnell's appreciation for your very kind feedback on the care provided to you and your daughter by your Health Visitor.

Becoming parents is hugely exciting but it can also be a challenging time adjusting to a new role that carries such a lot of responsibility. Everyone's journey into parenthood is unique and it is great to hear that your Health Visitor is supporting you and your family with such care and compassion.
