I have been trying to get an appointment now for days. I have checked opening times online but no answer; please pick up the phone!

We are sorry to hear you are having difficulties to get through to our phone lines, however the phone lines are extremely busy at times.
In addition to booked appointments, WISH offer walk-in clinics each week: at Kidderminster on Tuesdays 2pm-5:30pm. Aconbury North in Worcester on Wednesdays 1:00pm - 4:30pm and Arrowside Unit in Redditch on Thursdays 9:30am-3:30pm.
We apologise for any inconvenience and frustration.
