Once again I have to add to an ongoing issue I have with my mum's carers. Her normal carer is on holiday and for the four days cover my mum has been assigned eight different carers. This causes issues as my mum has dementia and this is not good and there is no routine or consistency. Not only is it different carers but most have not visited my mum before and asks my mum what they have to do. I have addressed this on several occasion with various Care Managers but the same situation happens each time normal carers are off.
