Being met at the entrance by a very polite gentleman and then escorted to the first floor and the reception staff who then take over and give clear instructions for one to follow.

All of this makes for a stress free environment which is always welcome in medical situations.

After a short period in the waiting room the first of several visits to the dedicated staff commences with very professional individuals at every stage.

All the stages are very well coordinated with little waiting time.

When the operation time arrives the procedure is explained very well by the support staff before commencement and followed up by staff on completion of the operation.

At this point the after care is explained and medication with instructions supplied.

This is a very well run facility and the management have right to be very proud of all the staff involved, well done and thank you all.
