"Helped greatly in a really positive way"

Kara of North Avenue doctors surgery helped me come to terms with a change in my body and mind that has happened since contracting covid 4 times. It has changed my way of thinking and since seeing Kara she has helped me come to terms with life changes and how I can live with the illness in a different way that has changed my whole attitude to my future years.

I was very hesitant that occupational therapy could do anything positive for me but until you actually are ready to fully try new approaches and accept you might have to do things differently you won't understand or get the full benefit.

Kara gently helped me figure out the necessary changes I needed to make to help me be able to live with long covid. I was also struggling mentally with the changes in my life and occupational therapy helped greatly in a really positive way. Many thanks to Kara's patience and understanding.
