"Glenlea is the best of the 3!"

I'm always happier when my apt is at this surgery, of course it would be better if I didn't need to go at all!

There seems to be less churn / swapping about of colleagues which is always comforting and they are a friendly bunch who work with you to sort things out without creating unnecessary hurdles.

Today I was seen by the nurse , she was informative and friendly and exactly what is needed when having a smear, being a welcoming environment, no need for embarrassment, so for something that could be deemed a daunting procedure it was anything but.

I'm leaving this review in the hope that ladies, who may have avoided such procedures previously due to fear, look to be checked out by the lovely nurse that dealt with me today.

Things have changed so what used to be a very formal and sterile type approach to smears has been put in the bin thankfully and today a much more open and relaxed atmosphere and experience is now the norm
