I would like to thank Trevor and Liam, the ambulance crew who looked after my relative in the ambulance as she waited for admission to ED at CAH. They were caring, kind and professional practitioners.

Thank you for taking the time to share your valued feedback. We are always grateful to those who share their experiences of the services they have received. It was heartening to hear how caring, kind and professional Trevor and Liam were with your relative while waiting for admission to ED. It means such a lot to our teams to hear that they have a made a difference to those they care for and I am sure they will be delighted to hear your lovely words. I would like to share your feedback with the clinicians who attended to you on the day and in order to locate them I would require the following information:
