Popped into the Vale for a broken finger check up and as always, I’m immensely appreciative that the Vale still exists!  Massive time save.

Lovely staff, tidy waiting room and running a little late but a busy morning.

My appointment was so brief I do wonder if a phone call would have been more appropriate as there were clearly more needy cases around me.

I'm sorry you had a wait but as you stated it was a busy clinic however, we try to review all the patients as quickly & efficiently as possible.
