"Both were true professionals."

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Surgical Skin Team

(as the patient),

I attended the Ambulatory Care Unit at Forth Valley Royal Hospital for a small surgery on my right ear Pinna.

David carried out full information chat, I feel his and Laura's attention to detail of procedure was delivered in a very understanding manner. Both were true professionals.

After numbing jag (Ouch!) all went without any pain or discomfort.

Thanks to both David and Laura

Dear JC2024,

Thank you for leaving us such a wonderful review.

It is an unfortunate irony that the injection to stop the pain is painful itself, but I'm sure you appreciated it's numbing effect.

I hope your ear is healing well and that you didn't feel too uncomfortable afterwards.

Thanks again

David
