"A&E service"

I was unfortunate to have to visit A&E very late on the 17/09/2024for ongoing severe back pain for which i am undergoing tests etc,

Upon arrival i was see quickly by the pre triage assistant, i was treated empathetically and with respect, once it was established the level of pain i was in, i was given strong pain relief within 15 minutes which was all i was really asking for.

I do hope you can identify the gentleman who saw me around midnight at pre triage and pass on my sincere thanks for his understanding and professionalism.
