My gran has been admitted twice to NHS Tayside in the last 2 weeks. First two admissions to ward 4 PRI. I feel some drs have been rude. Told her there is nothing wrong with her. Not validating her or family concerns. This has made my gran and family feel let down by the caring profession.
More recently move to ward 6 PRI. I feel some nursing staff have been patronising and uncaring. Dr told my gran that they have found nothing so there nothing wrong with her. There has been lack of communication between wards and staff and I am embarrassed to say I work for the NHS if this is the way people are being treated. On a positive note the Health care assistants have been lovely.
