Recently and at the start of September I got speaking to an advanced practitioner in my GP practice called Ruth.
From the first phone call I found Ruth friendly, professional, caring, able to answer questions for me to understand and I always felt listened to.
I have had such a positive experience during our telephone appointments and also during a face to face recently.
