"Marvellous service"

I was given an afternoon podiatry appointment at Tree Wood Hill Road in Kilmarnock. Yvonne the podiatrist told me I had a morning appointment?

I do have a hearing problem and I do wear hearing aids, however I did have to cancel a pod appointment a few weeks ago and I was given another appointment, which I could have gotten wrong, not sure.  

Like I said it sounded like an afternoon time I was given. I don’t want to issue any blame here for all the podiatrist from as far as I can remember, have been brilliant.  

I said to Yvonne (Podiatrist) it’s ok, my apologies, I could have heard it wrong, I just come back when I can get the next appointment. Yvonne mentioned I haven’t been treated in weeks, her next appointment was running a bit late, so she got me in there, fixed my big left toe that was in dire straits, cleaned and treated it, so at least I could walk comfortably and kept the appointment she was waiting for!

I feel Yvonne deserves a big compliment for her attention to detail and her duty of care.  

All the podiatrists here at Tree Wood Hill Rd, Old Irvine road, and the Lister Centre on the Kilmarnock hospital area are the best!  

Please give Yvonne a big compliment and all the others I have to give compliments for they all go out of their way to give tremendous podiatry patient care!
