"Staff were very polite and professional"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Plastic Surgery & Burns (wards 45, 47, 48 & 49)

(as the patient),

I had a follow up appointment at this clinic, after a small procedure a few weeks ago. As always the staff were very polite and professional especially Sheena who took me through to the consultant waiting area.

Before I was seen by Mr Telfer, a fantastic consultant surgeon, I met his Registrar Mr Jica. His manner was fantastic, very thorough in his examination with a wonderful "bed side" manner.

He couldn't have been any nicer and made me feel perfectly at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to be seen by him again.

Together with Mr Telfer they make a wonderful team that should be recognised for their manner and professionalism.

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback to the clinicians you met in the Out-Patient Clinic. It is good to read your attendance at the clinic was a positive experience. I will share your kind comments with the team.

I hope you continue to recover

Kind regards
