I required the services of the Down Community Rehabilitation staff.
Gillian Occupational Therapist, Peter Physiotherapist and Angela Rehabilitation Assistant provided me with the essential equipment, advice and help I needed to enable me to settle back home following a 4 day hospital admission
Each of the staff members were also of great support to my wife and main carer
