"The ward operated like a well-oiled machine"

I attended the Royal Alexandra Hospital Paisley, Ward 32 Gynaecology for a hysteroscopy last week. My experience was brilliant.

The ward operated like a well-oiled machine, and the staff were without exception highly efficient and empathetic.  My stay was short and pleasant as far as a hospital stay can be.

I want to thank all those involved in creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere on the ward. In a stressful time, feeling that you are being cared for by a happy and dedicated team is important.
