"Completely overwhelmed with the support and service"

About: Aberdeen Maternity Hospital / Obstetrics (Maternity care)

(as a service user),

I recently gave birth at Aberdeen Maternity Hospital Maternity Unit and feel completely overwhelmed with the support and service I received.

From the minute I arrived, Curby in triage was very helpful and empathetic and upon arrival at the maternity unit Emma, Nicola and latterly Caroline and Kim could not have made my experience any better.

The medical service they provided, along with a general friendly & relaxed atmosphere made my second birth very enjoyable and memorable.

Thank you so much!

Hello Megan123,

Thank you so much for taking the time to give feedback on your birth experience.

I hope you and baby are getting on well in your postpartum journey.

I'm happy to hear that you found our team in both Triage and Midwives' Unit to be helpful and empathetic; making your second birth enjoyable and memorable. Our team will be delighted to receive this positive feedback, and I will be sharing this with Kirby, Emma, Nicola, Caroline and Kim.

Best wishes,

Katie
