I recently had a Flexible Cystoscopy at the New Victoria Hospital in Glasgow
I was very apprehensive and nervous. The care I received from Fiona, Leslie if I remember correctly and other two nurses, sorry didn’t catch their names, was amazing.
They helped me relax and explained everything as they went along. Nothing was too much bother.
What a fantastic team. The NHS should be very proud. Very many thanks ladies from a grateful, nervous old woman
