(as a service user),

Clarinda, Penny, Carly and Alex were absolutely amazing.

I was really anxious prior to the procedure and both Clarinda and Alex made me feel at ease.

Alex, my consultant took the time to explain the procedure, what to expect, possible outcomes and treatments.

I felt listened to and cared for.

I was kept fully informed at all times and was given ample time to ask questions.

I cannot fault the care I received. 

The staff were professional and empathetic at all times.

Dear Autumn 24,

it is always good to hear that our teams were supportive and able to relieve some of your anxieties.

Our hope is that stories such as yours will lesson the fear and trepidation felt when ladies need to attend these appointments.
