"Very Supportive Nurse"

I took my wife for her appointment at gynaecology department, Basildon hospital today and we had a very good experience at the hospital. The good experience started from the receptionist who checked us in. She was polite, welcoming and gave us clear instructions and directions about where to go and wait for the clinical team.

All members of the clinical team that looked after my wife were polite and professional. One nurse stood out though. Nurse Caroline was extremely supportive, friendly, polite and very supportive. My wife felt unwell during the procedure. She felt weak, vomiting several times and had severe cramping lower abdominal pains. Nurse Caroline provided us with all the reassurance we needed and when it was time for us to go home, she walked and held my wife who was still in pain to my car.

Thank you, Nurse Caroline.
