"Everyone was lovely and kind"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Minor injuries unit

(as a parent/guardian),

I recently took my daughter up to the MIU for a swollen hand - everyone: receptionist, ANP, radiographer, HCA was lovely and kind. We were seen quickly, diagnosed with a fractured hand and discharged with a splint (which my daughter is thrilled with). Big thanks to all for a great service

Dear Escott,

thank you so much for taking the time to submit a care opinion. I hope your daughter is recovering well from her injury, that sounded quite painful!

I will pass on your lovely comments to the staff at the Minor Injury Unit, they will be delighted you appreciated their care and attention and were seen promptly.

with kind regards,

Karen
