About: Mountainhall Treatment Centre / Psychology

(as the patient),

I have had sessions with a psychologist and before that, spoken with a metal health nurse through my GP. I have opened up to them which was really hard for me as no one else knows these things. They could see I was getting worse over the sessions, and suggested accessing a third sector, due to the limited sessions we can have. But they couldn't help me with which sector agency to contact. So now I am in limbo again with no help but my worse memories and fear. I would just have like them to give me some one to contact.
