About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Day Procedure Unit

(as the patient),

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to the nursing staff in the Day Procedure Unit for their outstanding care during my recent procedure.

In particular, I would like to commend Diveena, Darling, Justine, and another nurse working with Darling and Justine whose name I forget. From the moment I arrived, I felt immediately at ease thanks to their warm and friendly demeanour. Their empathy and compassion were evident throughout the entire process.

The nurses were incredibly attentive to my needs, ensuring I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. Their professionalism and expertise were truly impressive. They went above and beyond to make my experience as stress-free as possible.

I am truly grateful for the exceptional care I received from these wonderful nurses as I was so so anxious about the procedure. Their dedication and kindness made a significant difference in my overall experience. It almost felt like I stepped into a 5-star hospital!

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us feedback about your recent visit to RVH Endoscopy. I am so glad to hear that you had a positive experience and so proud of the team for the care that they have provided for you during your journey.

Our team try their very best to support each individual patient's needs, and am glad their genuine caring nature and empathy has not gone unnoticed. I will take great pleasure in passing on your kind words to the nurses mentioned in your post and to the endo team.

Coming to hospital for endo procedures can be a dauting time so to hear you use the words 'stress-free' lets me know that we are getting things right- I really appreciate your feedback so that I can tell the team they are 'exceptional', so thanks again.
