"Were like a second family to her"

About: Sunderland Royal Hospital / Nephrology

(as a carer),

While my mam was staying on b28 ward, while she was getting treatment for dialysis, my mam got all the help she needed and staff couldn't do enough for her and were like a second family to her since she had been on dialysis for 16 years.

When she passed away in February in the ward, the staff couldn't do enough for us and just want to thank them for everything they done for my mam while she stayed them on the ward.

Hello

Thank you for taking the time to leave a message of thanks.

We are really sorry for your loss.

We are pleased your mam received great care from the staff looking after her on ward B28.

We will pass on your thanks to the ward manager, who we're sure will be very grateful.

Take Care

Kind Regards.
