My health visitor arranged a 5 week baby massage course with Ruth, to be honest I didn't see how it could be beneficial, well today finished the 5 week course which was absolutely amazing not only did it help improve baby's sleep and constipation problems its an amazing activity for mum and baby bonding. Ruth is such a lovely lady I highly recommend her to any new mums.

We are going to miss her chats and massage lessons but are so grateful for all her help

I am delighted that you enjoyed your baby massage sessions with Ruth and that despite your initial reservations you and your little one were able to benefit from the positive impacts of taking part in this activity. You will have learnt techniques that you can use and adapt in the future as your little one grows benefitting from this activity for many years to come.
