Appointment booked for 10am, still waiting to be seen at 3 hours later.
When asked what was happening got no help from reception staff. In fact when I asked for the second time going on 2 and half hours waiting, they told me there is no one left you should be soon. Didn't go check to see what was happening.
Clinic overbook and little staff.
Made me feel upset and frustrated at the state of the health service.
"Still waiting to be seen"
