I attended post-menopausal bleeding clinic after getting a call with a short notice cancellation appointment. I was met by Yvonne who took care of me and assisted Dr Chein. Dr Chein was lovely, patient and gentle - he managed to find and remove an elusive coil, take a womb lining biopsy and fit a new coil - in probably less than 5 minutes. I could not fault him or Yvonne for during and aftercare - very very impressed.
