"Good experience at small Cornish Hospital"

I was impressed by my recent consultation at the Hand Clinic. All the staff, from coffee lady to consultant, were universally happy and helpful.

The organisation was efficient and timely and everywhere was clean and tidy.

I was confident that my consultant effectively assessed my condition and that my planned treatment would be appropriate and expeditious. My Husband was able to accompany me throughout.

It was notable that the other patients I met and spoke to, in the car park and in the waiting rooms were as helpful and friendly as the staff, probably reflecting their own experiences at the hospital.

I appreciate it will be easier to achieve this patient experience in a smaller hospital, but there is no doubt the team at St Michaels is getting a lot right.
