"Exemplary care of my family"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a relative),

My mum passed away very suddenly. I would like to thank the very lovely paramedic who provided such care and compassion to my dad and then to my brother and I when we arrived.

We can't thank her enough. This lady is worthy of a star award or equivalent

Hi Karen78,

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your mum. I hope you and the family are doing as best as you can at this difficult time. It must been a real shock with it coming so suddenly.

I just wanted to thank you for taking the time to reach out and compliment our staff for the care and compassion they provided to both your mum and yourselves. It will mean a lot to them and is really good of you, particularly when you are dealing with so much already.

We'd be happy to try and track the member of staff down just to pass on your warm words to them directly, but we'd need a little bit more information (full name of your mum, date, time and address) sent to sas.feedback@nhs.scot. We can then match it with the information we have on our system.

Thanks once again for your compliments.

Take care,

Mark
