"Nightmare "

About: Newham General Hospital

I came here with my elderly dad who is currently very unwell with dementia and mental health problems he was left in the corridor for over 5 hours before he was seen we had to ask over 10 times before anyone took him to the toilet and one of the stuff on duty that night was accusing me of taking a chair which I was sitting on before I left the area for a few minutes he was very rude I told him he can take the chair but I was to upset to argue he expected me to put it back I had to stand next to my dad as this stuff member behaved like I was a criminal because I picked up a chair to sit on at 11.30 at night I never felt so insulated in a room full of people I think he was one of the porters
