"This is quite incredible and a first class service"

I was extremely impressed with the service I received from the RCDS team at Victoria Hospital. 

I had not heard of the service before they contacted me and the speed from start to finish is unbelievable.  My previous experience with hospital appointments was waiting a length of time for an appointment and then a longer wait for any results. 

The RCDS is very different, it provides fast timescales and I was contacted immediately after my GP referral.  After the initial phone call I was given an appointment for a scan, again within days of the referral and then results came a couple days later. This is quite incredible and a first class service.

The added bonus is that all the staff explained everything in detail and were very friendly and caring in their attitude.
