"Poor service "

Honestly the worst GP surgery I have ever been registered to.

They are of no help, when you're lucky enough for the phone to be answered they want you to do everything digitally or online even if you are in person at the surgery.

The reception said they can't process any appointments and will still request for you to do it on the app even though I repeatedly told them my app wasn't working and I received an NHS letter asking me to call and book and appointment.

I feel for any patient that will potentially find this even more difficult because they may require extra support due to age, disability or language.

Not inclusive at all and the attitude of the reception staff both on the phone and in person is patronising and rude.
