What could have been better - 

Turning up at the right time the appointment was given.

Wasn't as thorough as previous visit.

Left feeling overwhelmed with the information and recommendations, phone numbers, suggestions all for me to deal with when should have gone straight to comfort call admin office.

What was good -

On the previous visit they took a lot of time in listening to me. Gave me a detailed health check, within days of appointment received a much needed hospital appointment for my eyes. Took phots so treatment could be given.

i.e eye specialist and foot specialist.

Got measured for Red Cross equipment, took time in making sure the right equipment was selected.
