I recently attended a follow-up appointment at the Fracture Clinic in Craigavon Area Hospital with Ms Wilson and just want to commend the whole team.
From check in at reception desk until leaving my appointment, every member of staff was so friendly and welcoming.
You can see how busy this team is from the number of patients coming and going, but even though the staff were under pressure they didn't let this impact on how patients were treated.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us some feedback. I am delighted that you were satisfied with your experience with us in clinic. At times it can be very challenging with multiple clinics ongoing at the same time, I will be sure to share your feedback with all of our staff. It is such a morale booster to us all knowing that their work doesn't go unnoticed.
