"Excellent Service!"

My son attended the Panda Unit at Salford Royal the other week and we got a call back asking him to attend the fracture clinic as they has reviewed his x-ray and were concerned that it may be fractured. Got a call from the fracture clinic regarding our appointment which was at 11.45am. He told us that he was in from 9am and would see us then if we could make it. Arrived at 8.45 and were seen on time! Had a further x-ray and were all done by 10am. Best service we've received from NHS for a long time. - it's not all bad! The person who treated my son was lovely - I'm not able to include his name in the review unfortunately. Can highly recommend! Hopefully we won't have to come back any time soon though :)
