"My social worker has been a godsend"

I just wanted to thank Allison from the mental health/dementia Alzheimer’s team in Omagh.

My Mum has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s for around four years. My Mum’s health has been deteriorating at a rapid rate in the last past six months. 

I contacted Allison for extra support as I worked full time. I’m also my Mum's carer so just the two of us. Allison is such a blessing. She made myself and my Mum aware of the support and service I could access and put it in place speedily with no issues.

Allison is efficient, professional and compassionate and honestly a godsend. I could not fault the service my Mum has received and thankful for such great social worker.
