I attended the colonoscopy department for a planned procedure and felt that the staff deserve to be recognised.
Every single member of staff I came into contact with were friendly, caring and professional. They went out of their way to acknowledge me and provided a reassuring and calm environment.
As I am sure most patients are, I was apprehensive about possible outcomes of the procedure. However I soon felt relaxed due to the staff's approach and they deserve a big thank you.
